We will NOT install crack codes, keygens, or help bypass Windows activation systems. Quality requires genuine licenses.
Customers are responsible for data backups prior to work, or we can assist for an additional fee.

By engaging Anglesey Computer Solutions (ACS) for IT support, you agree to these terms. We provide onsite and remote services for home and business users.
ACS will take all reasonable care during repairs, but the customer is solely responsible for ensuring their data is backed up before any work begins. ACS cannot be held liable for data loss or hardware failure during the normal course of diagnostics or repair.
We operate with strict technical standards. ACS will not install illegal software, crack codes, or assist in bypassing Windows/Office activation. Customers must provide valid licenses for any software they wish to have installed.
New hardware supplied by ACS carries the standard manufacturer's warranty. Our labor is guaranteed for 30 days for the specific issue resolved. This does not cover new issues, software corruption, or user error occurring after the visit.

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), issue type, and message, so we can respond to your enquiry and arrange any work.
Submissions are delivered to us via Formspree, a third-party form service based in the US. Formspree only stores your message long enough to deliver it to us. See Formspree's privacy policy.
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to provide our service and meet bookkeeping obligations (normally up to 6 years).
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it. Neither tool loads unless you click Accept on our cookie banner.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
We use a secure (HTTPS) connection and limit access to enquiry data. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
